Yes. Every download is protected by a download token. Tokens are issued by LEGEND POS administrators or by an approved LEGEND POS reseller. Enter your token on the Downloads page to unlock the software it covers.
Contact our team or the reseller who supplied your licence. Admin-issued and reseller-issued tokens work the same way. If you bought through a reseller, ask them to generate a token for you.
Each token carries its own download allowance and expiry date set when it was issued. The Downloads page shows how many downloads remain once you unlock it.
Contact the person who issued it. They can issue a fresh token or extend the existing one.
